refreshing, a product of the longer, cooler fermentation.
Brewed with 100% German ingredients, the Hallertau hops are what give its distinct flavor of lemony citrus. A well carbonated beer that leaves the perfect tingleon your tongue.

chocolate. This beer is brewed to style and is silky smooth. All flavors come from the specialty malts. The bitterness is low to medium and balances nicely with the malt character to make this porter easily enjoyed year round.

Pistol River Pale is a Northwest style pale ale that is robustly dry hopped giving way to the intense hoppy aroma and flavor. Its resinous, citrusy, and fruity character come from a blend of American hops. Pistol River Pale has a hop forward flavor, is crisp & well balanced with medium bitterness.
BREWER'S SELECT SERIES
The Brewer’s Select Series are rotating specialty batches selected by the brewer as tank space allows. These beers are often only produced once but some have been produced a couple of times. We hope to offer more of these batches in the future as we grow.

Brewed in dedication to our native fish, coinciding it with the Fall & Spring runs and like any fish run, they are uniquely different. Always packed with Chinook hops, we then play around with different varieties of American hops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you still do tastings at The Brewery?
No, all of our tastings, growler fills and to-go sales are now handled at The Taproom location.
Do you allow dogs at The Taproom?
Yes, we allow well behaved, leashed dogs in the outdoor covered patio areas. You can place your order at the counter with your dog on leash but please enjoy your beverages outdoors with your pup.
Can I purchase a keg for my home or event?
Yes, you may purchase kegs for an event or home kegerator. All keg dock sales are handled at The Brewery location Monday - Friday by appointment only. Please call 541-247-0555 to arrange a time to pick up the keg.
Do you serve food at The Taproom?
Yes, we have very small selection of food items for now. Groundlings Pizza's truck is onsite Wed-Sat 4-8pm and you are welcome to bring in your own food or takeout from any other restaurant in town.
Do you allow kids?
Yes, we have created a family friendly environment and we have non-alcoholic options available. We also have a small selection of games and coloring activities that we will be expanding as time goes on. All persons under the age 21 must be accompanied by someone 21 or older.
